Why 3 hours?

I find that just at around 2 hours of receiving, one finally gets to that really deep space of relaxation and fully receiving. Adding another hour to that creates even more spaciousness to go even deeper into that space.

I prefer to create experiences of depth and complete satisfaction instead of experiences that leave someone wanting more (though that can be fun too).
